Shipping and Delivery

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: After your order is confirmed, please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be processed and delivered.
Artisan & Handmade Products: Many of our products are sourced directly from individual artisans and craftsmen. Because each creator’s process is unique, processing and shipping times may vary. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your unique items.
Working Days: Our working days are Monday through Sunday.

2. Shipping & Tracking

Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your package ships, we will send you an email and whatsapp message with your package tracking information.
Delivery Window: Our courier partners typically deliver between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. The final cost is based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, your chosen shipping method, and your delivery location.

4. Limitation of Liability & Delays

Delivery times are estimates and subject to factors beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible or liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors including, but not limited to:
- Unexpected travel delays from our courier partners.
- Weather conditions.
- Strikes or transportation disruptions.
- Acts of God or other force majeure events.

6. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept your order (or any part of it) upon delivery without our prior authorization, you will be held responsible for all associated costs.
These costs include the original shipping charges, any applicable taxes, and the full cost of returning the package to our facility. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
