Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a request on the same calendar day the order was placed. Please contact us with your order number and a valid reason for the cancellation. We will review the request and do our best to accommodate it.
Please note that we move quickly to process orders with our artisans. After this same-day window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled as they will likely already be in production.

Thank you for choosing kraftveda and supporting our community of artisans. The beauty of handcrafted products lies in their uniqueness. Please expect slight, beautiful variations in color, size, or pattern—these are the hallmarks of an item made by hand, not a machine.
Because of the delicate and unique nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or for these natural, minor variations.
However, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect product.

1. Damaged Products
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the rare event your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

To help us resolve this quickly, please email us with the following:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

An unboxing video. To be eligible for a refund for damage during transit, a complete, single-take video showing the package being opened and the damaged item being discovered is required. This helps us file a claim with our shipping partner.

Once our team has reviewed your request, we will arrange for the damaged item to be returned to us. After we receive the item, we will be happy to process a full refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.
2. Incorrect Items Received
If you received an item you did not order, we sincerely apologize for the error.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email us with your Order Number and a photo of the incorrect item you received.
We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense. Once we receive it, we will ship your correct item immediately.
In some cases, we may issue a store credit or replacement if a refund isn’t feasible.
